generate page names, permalinks and image names from index info
rename images upload to Tanakh site
create menu lists from permalinks
create anchor image links from image names
combine menu list image anchors and page names to excel template
separate the KJV text per column break and add HTML tags
the excel template generates sql record for import
copy from excel to notepad++ and run macro to break the upload in to ~25 record batches
upload fix errors and repeat as necessary
upload edited images to dropbox -me
